Instructions for attaching reports : 

1)Scan X - ray film , MRI, C.T. Scans  using scanner. Or take photo of X ray    with Digital camera by holding it against illuminated source of   light like white light source board that doctors use for examiningX-  ray reports

2)Save image as Jpg, Jpeg, png, tiff or in any appropriate format that        may be sent easily via email.

3) Scan your pathological reports using a Scanner and save as either jpg image or if you are using OCR scanner save in  MSword  format and attach file with your mail and send to rameshagra@gmail.com
